Dr. Josef Klinger studied Chemistry at the University of Karlsruhe. He joined already the TZW when he did his PhD. Since 2007 he is the head of the material testing section and the department of corrosion. He succeeded to the general manager of Water Technology Center (TZW) when Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Kuehn retired in 2010.
